  • Additional hours requested during the event are subject to availability.

  • Overtime rate: ₱2,000 per additional hour unless otherwise stated in the selected package.

  • Overtime must be settled before extension begins.

Terms & Conditions

Booking & Reservation

  • A booking is considered confirmed once the client has settled the required reservation fee and received a confirmation from After Shots.

  • Reservation fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to secure the event date.

  • Remaining balance must be settled on or before the day of the event unless otherwise agreed upon.

Client Responsibility

The client shall be responsible for:

  • Any damages caused by guests due to misuse, negligence, vandalism, or intentional harm to the booth and equipment

  • Ensuring guests behave respectfully around the booth setup

  • Providing venue coordination and necessary permits if required

Reservation Fee

  • A reservation fee of 20% is required to officially block the date & time slot.

  • Dates are reserved on a first-confirmed, first-served basis.

  • Failure to settle the reservation fee may result in the date remaining open to other inquiries.

Photo & Media Usage

Overtime Charges

After Shots reserves the right to use event photos, booth setup photos, and behind-the-scenes content for:

  • portfolio purposes,

  • social media,

  • promotional materials,

  • website content,

  • and marketing use

unless the client specifically requests privacy in writing prior to the event.

File Delivery

Venue & Space Requirements

The client agrees to provide:

  • A stable power outlet near the booth location

  • Sufficient operating space for setup and guest movement

  • Protection from rain, direct heat, and unsafe conditions for outdoor events

  • Proper venue access including elevators/loading areas when applicable (After Shots reserves the right to refuse setup in unsafe or hazardous environments)

  • Digital copies are typically delivered within the agreed timeframe after the event.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on event size and file processing requirements.

  • Clients are encouraged to download and back up files upon receiving them.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Setup & Operations

Cancellation by Client

  • Reservation fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made close to the event date may be subject to additional charges depending on incurred preparations and blocked schedules.

 

Rescheduling​

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to date availability.

  • After Shots cannot guarantee availability for new requested dates.

  • Standard setup time is approximately 25–40 minutes.

  • Booth operation begins based on the agreed service hours stated in the booking.

  • Delays caused by venue restrictions, client schedule changes, late ingress, or power interruptions are not the responsibility of After Shots.

Force Majeure

Technical Concerns

After Shots shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control including:

  • natural disasters,

  • severe weather,

  • government restrictions,

  • accidents,

  • transportation issues,

  • emergencies,

  • or other unforeseen circumstances.

While After Shots takes every precaution to ensure smooth operations:

  • unforeseen technical issues,

  • power interruptions,

  • internet issues,

  • venue electrical problems,

  • or force majeure circumstances

may affect operations beyond reasonable control.

In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to resume services immediately. Partial refunds or compensations, if applicable, shall be assessed fairly depending on the situation.

Limitation of Liability

After Shots’ liability shall be limited only to the amount paid by the client for the booked service.

Agreement

By proceeding with the booking and reservation fee payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
